Product Stock Audit
Installation
- Install the free plugin ZIP via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Activate it and go to WooCommerce → Stock Audit.
Activating Pro
- Purchase a license from the pricing page.
- Copy the license key from your email.
- Paste it into the License tab in the plugin settings and save.
Shipping Cutoff Countdown
Configure your daily cutoff time and where the countdown should display. Pro unlocks weekday, holiday and country-specific rules.
Low Stock Nudge
Set a global low-stock threshold and message. With Pro you can override these per product and show nudges on the cart and checkout.
One-Click Coupon
Create a WooCommerce coupon as usual, then point the plugin to that code. Pro can work with multiple coupons and automatically pick the best one.
Bulk Price Manager
Overview
Bulk Price Manager lets you update WooCommerce prices in bulk with filters, preview and logging. It is a premium-only plugin with a lifetime license per site.
Installation
- Purchase a license from the Bulk Price Manager page.
- Download the plugin ZIP from your purchase email.
- In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Upload the ZIP, activate the plugin.
- Go to the plugin’s settings page and enter your license key.
Using the bulk editor
- In wp-admin, open WooCommerce → Bulk Price Manager.
- Select target products using:
- product search, and/or
- include / exclude taxonomies (categories, tags, brands, custom taxonomies).
- Select what to adjust:
- Apply to: regular, sale, or both prices.
- Adjustment type: percentage or fixed amount.
- Direction: increase or decrease.
- Click Preview Changes to see old vs new prices for all affected products.
- If everything looks correct, click Apply Changes to run the batch.
Price Change Log
Every batch is stored under WooCommerce → Price Change Log with:
- date and time,
- user who ran the batch,
- type of adjustment (percentage/fixed, up/down),
- number of affected products.
You can open each batch to see per-product before/after prices for auditing or manual rollback.
SEO Autopilot
Overview
SEO Autopilot is a PRO-only SEO assistant for WordPress. It runs full audits on existing content, shows SEO health scores and quick wins, and can auto-generate safe titles, meta descriptions and alt text.
Installation
- Purchase a license from the SEO Autopilot page.
- Download the plugin ZIP from your purchase email.
- In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Upload the ZIP, activate the plugin.
- Go to SEO Autopilot → Settings and enter your license key.
Running your first audit
- In wp-admin, open SEO Autopilot → Dashboard.
- Click Run Full Audit. The plugin will scan all public post types and calculate SEO scores.
- Watch the overall health score and list of content with issues.
Interpreting the dashboard
- Overall SEO Health shows the average score across all published content.
- The content table lists titles, post types, scores and detected issues.
- Use column sorting and filters to prioritise the biggest wins.
Auto SEO for individual posts
- From the dashboard table, click Auto SEO on a specific post.
- The plugin will generate a meta title and description if they are missing.
- Scores will be recalculated and issues updated.
Autopilot behaviour
When enabled, Autopilot will automatically generate SEO titles and meta descriptions whenever new posts are published, if these fields are empty. You can still review and adjust them manually at any time.
AI Chatbot
Overview
Sparkcut AI Chatbot adds a conversational assistant to your WooCommerce store. Customers can search for products, view cards with prices and images, add items directly to their cart, and get instant answers to common questions like shipping cutoffs, delivery times and return policies. The free core works without any AI service – you can run basic product search and cart actions immediately. Pro tiers unlock the AI integration (using your own API key) and the checkout assistance mode for shipping and policy answers.
Installation
- Download the plugin ZIP via this link or from your purchase email.
- In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP.
- Activate the plugin.
- Go to WooCommerce → AI Chatbot in your dashboard to configure the widget.
Activating Pro & Licensing
- Purchase a license from the pricing section that suits your site count (Starter, Business or Agency).
- Copy your license key from the purchase email.
- In AI Chatbot → Settings, paste your license key under the License tab and save.
- Enter your preferred AI provider API key (e.g. Google Gemini) to enable AI-powered replies.
Configuring the chatbot
- Set a welcome message and suggestion buttons to guide customers.
- Define your shipping cutoff time and days for the checkout assistant.
- Fill in policy snippets (shipping, returns and contact) so the bot can answer FAQs.
- Tune the system prompt and model if you use AI for more tailored answers.
- Save your settings and test the widget on your storefront.
Smart Safe Updater & Conflict Detector
What it is
Smart Safe Updater helps prevent plugin update disasters by flagging risky plugin combinations and (in Pro) validating plugins for syntax errors before activation or updates.
Installation
- Install the free plugin ZIP via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Activate it and go to Smart Safe Updater in the admin menu.
Free vs Pro
- Free: basic conflict scan for active plugins + status badges.
- Pro: validation checks and pro scanner tools (requires a yearly subscription license).
Activating Pro (Yearly)
- Purchase a Pro subscription from the pricing section.
- Copy the license key from your email.
- Paste it into Smart Safe Updater → License and click Activate.
Renewals & expiry
Pro is a yearly subscription. If payment fails or you don’t renew, your license becomes inactive/expired and Pro features are disabled. The free core remains active.
Licensing
Each license activates Pro features for a single WooCommerce store (one domain). If you need to move a license, email support and we’ll help you transfer it.
